The commune owes its dynamism to the associations which are present on its territory.

• The Festival Committee
The festival of the village, the dressed up ball, the contests of belote's card game and other animations are organised by the committee of festivals in order to motivate and animate the commune.


• The Folk Group - Traina Patin
It is in February 1987, on the initiative of a small group of "ex-dancers" of the young people of Orelle of the Sixties, that "Traina Patin" was born. Since their birth, countless are the performances which the group put up.

Their name derives to the fact that Orellains had, because of the stiff and sloping country, to trail their feet to reach their village.


• The Cantonal Association of Animation
This association aims at contributing to the animation and the development of the associative and local life in the six communes of the canton of Saint Michel de Maurienne, whose Orelle forms part.

The support and the valorisation of community life, the development of the cultural and environmental inheritance, the animation and the reinforcement of the local life are the means to achieve the desired goal.


• The ADMR
The association of assistance at one's home in rural zones is always attentive to the needs of everybody and accomplish home help, physical and relational accompaniment for old people, for physically disabled, for mentally handicapped or for families.


• The Bowl of Orelle
The bowls' association of Orelle for the game of the petanque and Lyon's bowls, counts more and more members and a spirit of well developed group. Each year the Challenge CHINAL Donat and Memorial E.V/R.V are a great success.


• Tennis Club
Created in 1981, the Tennis Club counts even more supporters and animates the summer of Orelle with its tournaments.


• The Ski Club of Orelle
Thanks to the monitors of the Orelle's ESF, the children of the commune improve their technique and have fun on the slopes of Orelle.


• The Club of Genepy
Since its creation the objective of the association of the retired people is always the same one: to meet to pass some pleasant moments. The Club proceed its goal thanks to an welcoming team, that unceasingly organises activities in good general mood.


• Artistic Association
Since 1997, Artistic heritance association deals with the restoration and the improve of the image of the cultural heritance of Orelle, and in particular, of the churches and the chapels present on the commune.


• Orelle Large Screen
Projection in the village hall of Orelle about once per month. The program is announced on the notice board present in the villages.


• The Voluntary Association of Gymnastics
Since 1996, the sports association meets once per week to keep in good shape and to get ready for the ski season.


• The Association of Ex-serviceman


• The Association of the Former Soldiers
Created in 1899, the goal of the company is to be present at the ceremonies of the commune.
